The regular regional delivery time is 5-10 working days
Delivery to metropolitan areas (including Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, etc.) and surrounding areas can be made within 3-5 working days
2、 Order processing flow
Order processing:
All orders will be reviewed and shipped within 48 hours
Weekends and statutory holidays will be postponed for processing
If there is a shortage of inventory products, customer service will proactively contact you to confirm a solution
Logistics tracking:
After the order is shipped, the system will automatically update the logistics status
You can check the logistics tracking number through the order details page
The delivery time starts counting from the moment the logistics provider collects the package
Holidays, peak seasons, or special weather conditions may cause delivery delays
3、 Order Management and Modification
Order inquiry:
After logging in to the account, you can check the details in "My Orders"
Real time tracking can be queried on the cooperative logistics platform through the logistics tracking number
Order modification:
After the order enters the "shipped" status, the information cannot be modified
If any modifications are needed before shipment, please contact customer service promptly for handling
4、 Receipt and Exception Handling
Notice of Receipt:
Please carefully check the appearance of the package when signing for it
Please contact customer service immediately if any damage, soaking or other issues are found
Cash on delivery orders can be paid after inspection for completeness
Delivery exception:
Due to incorrect information or contact failure, we will arrange for redelivery
Multiple failed deliveries will be returned to the warehouse
You can choose to refund (deduct actual shipping cost) or resend (additional shipping cost required)
