Thanks for shopping with Manmode. We've put together this simple delivery guide to help you understand how we get your order to you – from checkout to your doorstep.
We ship to almost every address across India. If you're in a major city or a small town, chances are we can reach you.
Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, etc.): 3–5 business days
Other cities & most towns: 5–10 business days
Remote or hard‑to‑reach areas: may take 7–12 business days
Delivery time starts counting from the moment your order leaves our warehouse – not from when you place it. Public holidays and unexpected delays (like bad weather or courier backlogs) don't count.
We usually need up to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays) to check, pack, and hand over your order to the courier. If an item is temporarily out of stock or a pre‑order, we'll let you know by email.
Once shipped, you'll get an automatic email with a tracking number. You can also log into your account on https://www.manmode.in/ and check "My Orders".
If you need to change the shipping address or cancel, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. Once the status changes to "Shipped", we cannot make any changes.
When the courier arrives:
Check the package for obvious damage, tears, or wetness.
If something looks wrong, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
For cash‑on‑delivery orders, you have the right to open and inspect the outer packaging before paying.
If delivery fails because of a wrong address, no one available, or the phone number doesn't work, the courier will try again. After multiple failed attempts, the parcel comes back to us. We'll then issue a refund (minus the return shipping fee) or reship it to you for an extra charge.
Please double‑check your shipping address, pincode, and mobile number before clicking "Place Order". Any extra costs caused by incorrect details are yours.
