Q1: I received a damaged or faulty item. What do I do?

Don't worry – we'll fix it. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the damage

Q2: They sent me the wrong product. Now what?

Sorry about that! Please don't use the item. Email us with your order number and a photo of what you received. Once we confirm, we'll ship the correct item at no extra cost and give you return instructions for the wrong one. We pay the shipping both ways.

Q3: How do I start a return or exchange online?

Easy steps:

  1. Log into your account on https://www.manmode.in/.

  2. Go to My Orders and click the order you want to return.

  3. Click "Request Return / Exchange".

  4. Pick the reason and add a note or photo if needed.

  5. Submit – you'll see the status in My Returns.

We'll approve or ask questions within 24 business hours.

Part 2: Refund & Return Logistics

Q4: How long until I get my refund?

After we receive and check your return, refunds take 7–10 business days to show up in your original payment method. We'll email you when we start the refund.

Q5: How do I physically return the item?

Once your request is approved:

  • We'll email you the return address and packing tips.

  • Pack the item securely in its original condition (tags, box, accessories all included).

  • Ship it back.

Return postage:

  • Our fault (damage, defect, wrong item): we'll email you a free shipping label or reimburse your postage.

  • Your fault (change of mind, wrong size ordered): you pay the return postage.

Part 3: What Counts as a Quality Issue (Men's Apparel)

Q6: Which defects are covered as a quality problem?

We consider the following as genuine quality defects – we'll take full responsibility:

A. Manufacturing flaws

  • Seams coming open in areas like armpits, shoulders, or waistband.

  • Stubborn stains, holes, or snags that were there before you wore it.

  • Colour mismatch between different parts of the same garment.

  • Broken zippers, missing buttons, or loose stitching on important trims.

  • Strong chemical smell that doesn't go away after airing.

B. Fit & function problems

  • Uneven sleeves or shoulders (left side clearly different from right).

  • A "stretch" fabric that has no stretch, or a "breathable" shirt that feels like plastic.

The following are NOT quality issues:

  • Normal wear after a few uses.

  • Shrinking or fading caused by wrong washing (always check the care label).

  • You don't like the colour or fabric feel – that's a personal preference.

  • A few loose threads that don't affect how the garment looks or holds up.

  • Ordering the wrong size (please check our size chart).
